You may have the best screwdriver of the world, but if you’re using it to hammer a nail, you won’t be very successful, right? Technology facilitated tons of tasks with easy-to-use software, but too many people expect the tools to fix the problems themselves. Project management is no different. You can have amazing software for project management and you are still struggling to get things done. Let’s be honest: you are not even updating the project management software because it’s worthless. Nobody on your team is using it! So, you blame the tool once again and look for a new one, expecting to get different results with the same routine. Project management – the mindset It’s a matter of mindset, not tools. Don’t force your team into some tool to manage projects. Make them understand your vision: managing time efficiently will improve your process, reduce errors and finally make your business thrive.
